Certain upgrades have different multiplier effects.
Instead of the multiplier rate going at a constant rate, the sauce increases when it collides with other sauces.
Build walls to create separated multipliers as they react to each other differently.
Get the most sauce you possibly can.
Or die lonely and sauceless.

Upgrades so far include base Sauce, Bean Sauce, Wall Sauce, Pong Sauce, Run Sauce.
Wall Sauce can be moved to block off certain areas, and run sauce can be controlled using movement keys. When the Run sauce collides with another sauce or the purple barrier the sauce will be destroyed. The longer the sauce stays alive the more money it will create.
